What we collect and why

If you join the waitlist, we process your email address, the language of the page and the time of your consent. We use them only to email you about the launch of Radiant Beauty.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use double opt-in: we won’t email you until you click the link in the confirmation email.

Who processes data for us

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): list management and sending emails. Data hosted in the EU. Per-person open and click tracking is switched off.
• Vercel Inc.: website hosting. Form submissions are processed in Frankfurt (EU). Vercel keeps short-lived technical logs (for example, IP addresses).

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe (link in every email) or withdraw consent, and at most [PERIOD] after launch.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object to, restrict and port your data by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

The app

Your skin data (skin type, allergies, photos) stays on your phone. This policy will be extended before the app launches.
